Our journey began in 2016 when two civil engineers set out to transform construction management. Since then, Bricklane has built lasting partnerships by delivering projects on schedule, within budget, and with the highest standards of quality.

What started as a boutique consultancy in Pune has grown into one of the fastest-growing and evolving organizations in construction management and contracting. With over 150 million square feet of delivered projects, our journey reflects a blend of technical expertise, ethical business practices, and a steadfast commitment to client satisfaction.
2016
The Foundation in Cost Consultancy
Bricklane began its journey with a specialized focus on cost consultancy services. This foundational expertise in project finance and profitability set the stage for our future expansion.
2017
Expanding Horizons
Just one year after our founding, Bricklane expanded its footprint beyond Pune, securing our first major projects in the key markets of Mumbai and Gujarat. This early expansion demonstrated our ambition and capability to operate on a larger scale.
2018
A Year of Major Expansion
This was a pivotal year. We achieved early success by partnering with industry giants like Godrej Properties and Indiabulls Real Estate. We also launched our
Project Management and Construction Contracting verticals, expanding our services to become a comprehensive solution provider.
2019
Propelling Growth Through New Verticals
Our newly launched contracting vertical gained significant momentum as we secured prestigious projects from groups like Pegasus Properties (a JV of Kumar Properties and ABIL group), solidifying our reputation and growth in the Pune construction landscape.
2021
Reaching New Heights & Gaining Recognition
We celebrated a landmark year, crossing 100 million sq. ft. in cost consultancy and 1 million sq. ft. in ongoing construction management. This incredible growth was honored by CEO INSIGHTS MAGAZINE when they named Bricklane one of the Top 10 new startups in construction services.

The Visionaries Behind Bricklane
Bricklane is led by its co-founders, Mr. Aman Ajay Chadha and Mr. Akash Shahaji Dalvi, two dynamic civil engineers from Pune University who built the company on a shared passion for excellence. Their complementary skills and strategic vision are the driving force behind Bricklane’s success, ensuring every project is guided by hands-on leadership and an unwavering commitment to quality.

A spirited and progressive Civil Engineer, Aman brings a diverse skill set in project execution, business development, business strategy, project management, and cost consultancy. With a comprehensive understanding of the construction industry, he plays a vital role in driving the company’s overall success. Aman’s strategic vision and expertise in market analysis keep Bricklane at the forefront of the industry, delivering innovative solutions and sustainable growth.
Akash Shahaji Dalvi
Co-Founder & Director
A young and dynamic Civil Engineer, Akash also holds a Master’s in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR. As the driving force behind Bricklane, he excels in project management, planning, and forecasting while overseeing all operations. Akash’s visionary approach ensures the company constantly evolves and adapts to meet the changing needs of clients , while his passion for excellence sets the tone for the entire team.
